28 die as van falls into lake near Mysore

Twenty-eight people, most of them women and children, drowned when a maxi-cab in which they were travelling plunged into the Unabattinakere near Marase Gate on the stretch between Mysore and Nanjangud (on National Highway 212), about 10 km from here, on Tuesday.
